Illuminating People is looking for a talented Elementor Website Designer to join our fully remote agency, managed from Bali.
Our team help aspiring online coaches to reach their audience, by developing detailed business plans, messaging, brand, and web designs for them.
We also provide a number of white-labeled templates, courses, eBooks and Workbooks, that can be used to help them get started. These will be available through our online store from December.

The Role
Who it's for
This is a great opportunity for a talented self starter who wants to work with passionate small business owners, while being completely location independent and encouraged to travel.
We plan to grow our business significantly over the next 12 months so we want this role to be given to someone ambitious, who can grow with us, taking on more responsibility and helping us to better our process over time.
As an expert web designer you’ll bring your own ideas to help us shape how we serve clients and collaborate as a team. Most importantly, you’ll bring positive energy in to the team and be enthusiastic about our mission.
The Role
Working directly with the Founder, Calvin, you’ll help take clients through our 10 Week Signature process. Calvin will lead the clients through the business strategy, messaging and planning before we introduce you to design the website in Figma, before going on to build it with Elementor.
In between client projects you’ll work on a variety of internal projects, from developing our own WooCommerce store, to ongoing content updates and optimisations for our clients.
What you'll be doing
- Designing unique and engaging website designs in Figma
- Building websites using Elementor and WordPress
- Developing our WooCommerce store
- Managing Client Content and maintaining websites
- Optimising page speeds and SEO
- Collaborating with teams on new designs and ideas
The skills you'll need
All of the sites we build are in the online coaching space, with our clients teaching courses on Business, Mindset, and Lifestyle. We’re looking for somebody who has experience working within this niche and who can share examples of their designs.
With the nature of our clients, there is often a lot of information to layout. The right designer will be able to consult clients on how to structure their content to make it engaging for their audience.
As an Elementor specialist, we’d expect you to hit the ground running with expert knowledge of the platform, as well as Figma and other common design tools.

Your Experience
- 3+ Years as a Web Designer using Elementor
- Experienced creating designs for the coaching industry
- Self starter able to work in silo, while keeping accountable to timelines
- Great communicator and team player
- Passionate about educational design
- Any formal UX Design education, courses or internships would be preferred
- Agency Experience is a plus but not a requirement

All we ask is that you deliver the work on time and make yourself available for meetings.
We’ll pay you on a monthly basis as a contractor. That means, you’ll create an invoice for us and we’ll send the money to you via Transferwise.
As an international business this is the easiest way for us to protect you from overpaying taxes.
